Good to know
Clearances often turn up more than you expect: old paving under the weeds, buried rubble, roots from plants long gone. I clear it properly, so you're left with ground you can actually use. Once it's clear, you can decide what you want next. That might be new beds, a lawn, a patio or just keeping it tidy. I can do any of those, or simply hand it back to you clean.
